About Me

I have been in education within Essex for the past 24 years, the last 17 years in senior management positions, and 3 years working for the Local Authority. I have been fortunate enough to work in a wide variety of schools, some in very challenging areas, and of varying sizes. I have tried to use these experiences to shape my educational philosophy and to develop my own leadership. Whether it is cultural change, structuring of staff, school improvement, joining a Multi Academy Trust, improving pupil progress or any other aspect of school leadership, I would be happy to help in any way that I can.
