Kim Ardley
Head of Science
Anglo European School, Ingatestone
About Me
I have been teaching science since 2005, starting in Lymington in the New Forest and currently at the Anglo European School, Ingatestone. As a Head of Science, I have an interest in educational research, pedagogy, coaching, curriculum design, believing in the power of mentoring and coaching. Having successfully supported a number of trainee teachers and NQTs, I have especially enjoyed helping other middle leaders to develop their leadership potential within science and to deliver KS3 training within other departments. I am currently completing an NPQSL, working on 11-19 curriculum design for whole school KS3 schemes of work. I am also a member of the Research and Development Strategy Group for the Billericay Teaching School Alliance.
